DETAILS: * Open to residents of Ardrossan (& surrounding rural community) * Last day to submit your entry is October 28 (voting starts October 29) * List/Map of Scarecrow locations will be published (names of competitors will not be published) * $300 in Prizes (People's Choice Award, ARAS Board Award, Community Spirit Award) * Voting Ends October 31 @ Midnight (voting will occur on ARAS's website) * Winners will be published, and contact via email after votes are tallied
