WHAT IS ARAS?

The Ardrossan Recreation and Agricultural Society (ARAS) functions as a community league, and represents the Ardrossan hamlet and large Ardrossan rural community.ARAS was historically formed from an agricultural base and continues to represent agricultural interests in addition to recreational and cultural activities.ARAS is a non-profit society registered under the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies. We are often asked what ARAS is, and why a group or person would join.

ARAS meets the second Wednesday of each month from September to June at 7 pm downstairs in the Memorial Hall. If you require information about ARAS, Member Groups and programs, or would like to know how to get involved, please contact ARAS at 780-977-5116.  Please join us; everyone is welcome to attend!
